Shigeki Ishimatsu Appointed President of Dentsu Public Relations Inc.

Tokyo, May 11, 2009 - Dentsu Public Relations Inc. announced today that its board of directors nominated Shigeki Ishimatsu, current senior managing director, as the president of the company. His appointment as president will be formally approved at the shareholders meeting and the subsequent meeting of board of directors on June 18, 2009.

Since joining Dentsu PR in June 2007, Ishimatsu has supported President Katsuhiko Ando in overseeing corporate affairs.

Before joining Dentsu PR, Ishimatsu supervised several account services divisions during his tenure at Dentsu Inc., an advertising agency and the parent company of Dentsu PR. Sixty year-old Ishimatsu holds a B.A. from Waseda University, School of Commerce.
