Akio Kikuchi - Executive Director

Akio, drawing on his years of experience in media relations, sales, and corporate communicatgions, currently serves as the executive director the company. He has been engaged in the planning and implementation of PR activities for a large number of corporations and organizations. As an executive director, Akio oversees the formulation of corporate PR strategies, PR consulting for executives, crisis communications, issue management, corporate reputation management, corporate governance, compliance and legal PR.

Kenji Hanaue - Executive Project Manager

Kenji is involved in a wide range of activities, but specializes in the development of strategic PR plans based upon solid market research. He has been involved in the production of numerous corporate identity and visual identity projects, and has produced an array of ad campaigns and events. Prior to taking his current position in the Corporate Communications Group, Kenji spent a number of years in our sales and market research divisions.
Kenji's work is highly regarded within the industry. He was awarded the Japan Public Relations Society's Fifth Annual "PR Consultant of the Year" grand prize, as well as other industry awards including the Grand Prix for the 2005 IPRA Golden World Awards.

Ryosuke Kitajima - Project Manager

Ryosuke specializes in risk management and crisis management training. He builds risk management systems, directs risk management seminars, simulation exercises and media training. In addition, Ryosuke also provides consultation for constructing crisis communications and PR strategies.

Akihiko Kuroda - Chief Manager

Akihiko has a great deal of experience in PR planning, media relations and sales, with many years spent supervising campaigns for telecommunications companies. He has planned and implemented activities that tackle management issues such as restructuring challenges, political issues and crisis communications. Akihiko's specialty is PR consulting for M&A, TOB, preventing takeover bids, management integration, business restructuring and mid-term financial plans. He is also in charge of communication training.

Kanji Sakai - Chief Manager

Kanji is in charge of reputation management at Dentsu Public Relations for a variety of industries. He works on activities that include formulating communications for business planning and mid-term financial plans, and creating and implementing issue management strategies to respond to regulatory changes. Kanji offers PR consulting services that analyze issues rigorously and take bold actions. His experience includes projects for IT, manufacturing, infrastructure, local government, sports organizations and others.

Mariko Kanda - Project Manager

Mariko has a wealth of experience in formulating communication strategies for both global corporations and government organizations. Using her achievements as a PR consultant for various management issues, she is currently in charge of media training for corporate executives and crisis communications. She has also heads up practical and educational activities such as crisis communications seminars.

Motomi Takahashi - Project Manager

Specializing in global issue management, Motomi manages global communications and public relations activities for a wide range of clients, relying on her years of experience as both a journalist and media consultant. Since she joined the company in 2001, she has had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, ranging from corporate reputation building to issue management. Many of her clients are Japanese multinationals and foreign companies operating in Japan, with which she has nurtured long-lasting relationships. Her consulting strengths are most evident in the aerospace, legal services and pharmaceutical industries.

Yukari Hanashima - Marketing Consultant
Yukari creates and implements PR plans for activities that utilize media and consumer surveys. Prior moving into her current position, she worked in consulting and consumer analysis at a think-tank and an advertising agency.
Yukari is a senior project manager and works on communications aimed at baby boomers and senior citizens.

Asahi Omori - Senior Consultant
Prior to joining Dentsu Public Relations, Asahi was a journalist at a Japanese news agency for 14 years, where he covered economic and business news. He is involved with the planning and implementation of M&A communications, corporate governance, crisis communications and other management issues, and always has a journalist's perspective in mind.

Junko Okamoto - Senior Consultant
Junko specializes in media training, risk management and communications for top executives. She is an expert on the ins and outs of the media, drawing upon experience that includes television production, media branding research, and 10 years as a journalist at a national newspaper.

Sachiyo Tsukamoto - Consultant
Sachiyo specializes in research and provides insight that assists in constructing PR strategies and reputation building projects.
